For this reason, Gelle Bashir Crypto Consulting provides an Introduction Session Fit Guarantee, in
addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
After purchasing a mentorship package, your first meeting will be an Introduction Session.
During this session, we will discuss your:
The purpose is to determine whether the mentorship is suitable for you.
If You Decide Not to Continue
If, after completing the Introduction Session, you genuinely believe that the program is not suitable for you, you may request a full refund, provided that:
You do not need to continue with a program that you believe is not the right fit.
Likewise, if Gelle Bashir determines during the Introduction Session that the mentorship is not suitable for your needs, we may recommend not continuing and issue a refund where appropriate.
Once you choose to continue after the Introduction Session and substantive mentorship services begin, refunds are generally not provided simply because you:
This does not affect any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Consumers purchasing online may have a legal right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 calendar days, subject to applicable Belgian and European consumer law.
If you specifically request that consulting or mentorship services begin during this withdrawal period, services may begin immediately.
Where permitted by law, if you later exercise a statutory withdrawal right after requesting that service begin during the withdrawal period, an amount proportionate to the services already provided may be payable.
Where the service has been fully performed after the consumer’s prior express request and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply where permitted by law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
The Introduction Session Fit Guarantee is a commercial guarantee provided by Gelle Bashir to make it easier for clients to determine whether the mentorship relationship is suitable.
It is separate from any statutory withdrawal rights you may have under consumer law.
Where the law gives you greater protection than this policy, the law applies.
If you cannot attend your Introduction Session, please contact us as early as reasonably possible to
reschedule.
Repeated no-shows, abuse of the scheduling system, fraudulent payments, or misuse of the refund policy may not qualify for the voluntary Introduction Session Fit Guarantee.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
