The first session of the program is an Introduction Session.
The purpose of this session is to:
The Introduction Session allows both the client and Gelle Bashir to determine whether continuing the
mentorship makes sense.

The first session may be booked through the scheduling system provided after purchase.
Following sessions may be arranged directly between the client and Gelle Bashir.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
If you need to reschedule, reasonable advance notice should be provided.
Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to communicate may result in a session being considered used.
Clients are encouraged to complete their sessions within the stated duration of the package.
Reasonable scheduling flexibility may be provided, but unused sessions do not automatically remain
available indefinitely after the agreed mentorship period.
Exceptions may be made at Gelle Bashir’s discretion where reasonable circumstances exist.
The mentorship relationship works best when clients:

Testimonials, examples, strategies, historical results, case studies, or educational discussions do not
constitute a promise of future performance.
Purchasing mentorship does not guarantee:
Educational materials, frameworks, presentations, documents, videos, research materials, templates, and other content provided through the program remain the intellectual property of Gelle Bashir or their respective owners.
Unless explicitly authorized, clients may not:

Information shared privately by clients during mentorship will be treated reasonably and respectfully.
Clients must also respect confidential or private information shared during the mentorship.
Gelle Bashir reserves the right to refuse or terminate service where there is:
Any refund in such circumstances will depend on the services already provided, these Terms, the Refund
Policy, and any rights required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gelle Bashir will not be responsible for investment losses, trading losses, loss of profits, market movements, exchange failures, wallet issues, scams, hacks, third-party platform failures, or financial decisions made by the client.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights provided by Belgian, European Union, or other applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer law conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory legal protections will apply.
Where legally applicable, these Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available to clients in their country of residence.
